User feedback

Any feedback provided by users, whether structured ratings or free-text comments, should be recorded to support model refinement and user experience improvements.

Field	Type	Notes
`feedback_type`	enum	`rating`, `thumbs`, `text`, or `survey`.
`rating_value`	number	A rating from 0 to 5.
`comment`	string	Free-text comment.
