Model instance

Stable identifiers of the AI model and version, with references to its model card and data sheet. In the absence of a data sheet, the entry should record the version of the training data and any databases queried for retrieval-augmented generation or other knowledge injection methods. Any test-time edits to the model should also be recorded.
